Each product is photographed in a unique way, and the colours displayed are true to life. Nevertheless, it is possible that colours may vary slightly from one computer to another.

You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. The invoice will be send per email with the confirmation of the order. The parcel do not contain any invoice.
All products are delivered in an velvet pouch or an organza pouch according to the product which has been purchased.
Items purchased on this website can only be delivered to the European Union. Items purchased on our partners websites can be shipped to the US, the UK, Canada and Mexico
The delivery is free on every order inside the European Union as well as on our partners websites ( the US, the UK, Canada and Mexico).
Your items can be delivered to your home address or to the address that you provided when placing your order on magandpierce.com. Your items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order has been registered, within 3-8 business days depending on the destination of your order. Should any items be unavailable, the delivery times may be modified.
To track your order, you can use the tracking number which was sent to you with the order confirmation email. Enter it on the courier website to track your order. Your purchases may only be paid for by credit or debit card:
Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, JCB®, Union Pay®, Discover®.
You must state your credit or debit card number along with its expiration date and the card security code on the page provided for this purpose.
Payments via Paypal® and Apple Pay® are accepted.
All the transactions made on magandpierce.com are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting.

Via the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® cards is reinforced with the "Verified by Visa®" and "MasterCard® SecureCode" payment methods.

Mag & Pierce has also established specific security measures to protect your personal information from non-authorized access and use. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.
Cards and other payment methods are not debited until an order has been accepted and sent. However, it is possible that your credit card or other payment method may indicate a reserve amount as soon as the order is placed.
A unique code made up of 3 or 4 digits secures remote sale transactions.

This code can be found:
- on the back of your credit card in the signature field. It is made up of 3 digits (Visa or MasterCard, for example).
- or on front, above your card number. It is made up of 4 digits (American Express, for example).
If you wish to exchange your order or ask for a refund, you have the option of returning any product ordered via magandpierce.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date.

Products returned must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice which was sent with the order confirmation email.

Please note that the return shipping fee has to be paid by the customer. It is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned and to return them via a recognized carrying firm of your choice that will provide proof of shipping and delivery. You will bear the costs of returning the goods. M&P is not responsible for items returned that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by a carrying firm of your choice. It is your responsibility to assume all of the risks for these returns, along with the expenses and transport costs associated with these returns.
We strive to issue refunds as quickly as possible. You should receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) is/are received at our warehouse.
